		<description>I generally have a distaste of &quot;tolerance&quot;, but probably because of my school conduct policy of &#039;zero tolerance&#039; and society over zealous tolerance. Poor word never saw it coming. Causes me to view as narrow minded sometimes because I believe in something.</description>

I think our culture has stretched &quot;tolerance&quot; to mean &quot;view all things as equally valid.&quot;  I appreciate that his definition moves us from how we &lt;i&gt;view&lt;i&gt; the thing into the &lt;i&gt;relationship&lt;i&gt; with the person.</description>
